For more than 15 years I have been working as a designer, developer and technical manager. From the first steps I took as a junior programmer in a direct marketing company to the responsibility as CTO of a company builder, I have been involved in technical product development in various roles, but always 'hands-on'. I really like to not only help decide, but also to be involved in the implementation: from programming to the daily status meeting. My role as a translator between business requirements and the technical framework has remained the same in all my activities, as well as a consultant from top decision-maker to team member.
